Refund policy

At ByLucii, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.

Return requirements:

  • Return period: we accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Return conditions: the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and labels attached. We do not accept returns of used or damaged products.
  • Return process:
    • If you placed your order with a customer account: log in to your account and select the relevant order. You’ll be able to initiate a return by selecting a reason for returning the item. We will then contact you with the next steps to complete the return.
    • If you ordered as a guest: please contact our customer service at info@bylucii.com and provide the following information. We will send you the instructions to proceed with the return:
      • Order number
      • Description of the product you wish to return
      • Reason for the return
  • Return shipping costs: unless the product is defective or has a flaw, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.


Refunds

  • Refund process: once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund within 7 business days after receiving the item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
  • Partial or rejected refunds: if the returned product does not meet our return conditions, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return. If a return is rejected, we will notify you of the reason.
  • Defective products: if you receive a defective or faulty product, please contact our customer service immediately at info@bylucii.com. We will guide you through the return process and offer a replacement or a full refund, including shipping and return costs.
